UX & Product designer with over a decade of Product and UX experience. I specialize in crafting agile, modular, iteratively designed experiences that understand the data, results, and strategies that empathetically solve problems for customers.

I seek out understanding as to how real people use the product via user research and strong A/B testing, and revise revise the experience to precisely dial in the product, to make an amazing experience for clients.

Soft Skills

I enjoy speaking with people, whether it is giving presentations, in a group setting gathering user input, or getting peer feedback. Or, you know, at happy hour. Collaborative, cross team input has been key to my success.

I have been studying and using Non Violent Communication, NVC or Compassionate Communication by Marshall Rosenberg for several years. NVC has been extremely beneficial when working across larger teams and with customers to really get to the root of the issues and to create amazing solutions for customers. Giving and receiving Observations, Feelings, Needs and Requests has provided pathways to move forward in my professional life & my personal life.
